Fort Edmonton
Fort Edmonton was originally established as the Hudson's Bay Company Trading Post on the banks of the North Saskatchewan River in 1795. After several relocations and renovations Fort Edmonton, as it stands today in Fort Edmonton Park, is THE connection to this regions rich history and we have some of it!
This is a collaborative effort between PCL Construction, City of Edmonton and Backroads Reclamation in order to save, share and redistribute valuable pieces of local history.

They formed the perimeter around Fort Edmonton since it was put together where it stands.
All of these logs were carved and attached using period specific methods of old times and have been in place vertically with airflow on all sides. This means they are STABLE, DRY and they are VERY CLEAN!
Great character, patina, colour variance and AMAZING local history.
These are fantastic for rustic timber decor, furniture legs, bed frames, mantels/shelves or whatever you can dream up.
